Jumpy Header

  • Hello all!

    I’ve spent many hours on this one to no avail so I figure it’s time to ask for help.

    On my site, scrolling from the top of the page causes the header and text to “jump” down the screen about 100 pixels. Here’s the link to my site to see for yourself: https://www.andrewtufano.com.

    I noticed the same behavior in the demo page from the theme website, https://www.mageewp.com/demo/?theme=onetone.

    Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
