    Hi,

    I usually don’t reply to reviews as everyone are entitled to their opinion. However, as you have created no support threads prior to this review, and because the criticism is not constructive at all, I see no other way to contact you and address it.

    Obviously the plugin has caused some problems for you, and as the author I would like to know how I can help you out and improve it.

    Can you tell me what didn’t work? Did it crash your site or was it incompatible with your theme and/or other plugins?
