• Apparently this plugin is the future and support for other working and functional paypal plugins ends March 2022. We have now tried to install and use this plugin 3 times and its junk. Payments consistently error with little explanation as to why causing critical errors on our website and causing confusion and lost sales for us and frustration for customers. A huge step backwards. Support don’t have any clue the error logging does not work correctly and customers are moving to other sites. Absolute rubbish. Use the old solution which generally works fine. Documentation is riddled with errors and support links don’t work correctly. Absolute rubbish.

    Hi there,

Improving the plugin stability is our number one priority and we appreciate all the feedback we can get. The documentation is also being worked on as we speak and it should be updated with the latest information before the previous Checkout plugin will be retired.
Anyway, we’re looking into this case internally and will include relevant improvements in the following plugin update.

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

The fact that you can even consider retiring a plugin used by millions of websites, that worked fine with no issues at all having replaced it unnecessarily with a plugin that is riddled with issues on multiple levels, with no certainty of a robust, tested and functional fix prior to retiring the other plugin is absolutely ridiculous. Who planned this process? They need sacking. I will be moving to the Web Toffee version and will no longer entertain this junk / poorly thought out and executed pile of rubbish!
