Please, take a look does all the videos work in the slider? If not all videos are correctly delivered in the slider, then it will not open. We think that the slider is always loaded because you have such a problem with the video.

Can You give us a link where the slider is located so that you can see the problem?

When you add a video you need to add a picture with the video too. YouTube and Vimeo create pictures automatically. And you need to add MP4 format. Our team is now working on this so that you can use the mp3 format too.
