Just a simple but awesome tuning plugin

This plugin is just great to clean the mess up in the admin menu. Why all the plugins don’t go in the same place by default ? Just drag and drop and voila, now they have their own menu!

And my users can’t access anymore to some functionalities of the backend, great!
