Sorry, but all the topics are helpful for specialists and no one for idiots like me. Installed OK, created group OK, created banner (Amazon) ok then OVER. I just don’t understand how to add the advert hash into an already-created ad. The thing doesn’t take the second hash. I’ve been trying for hours in any way and NO WAY.
    I don’t get it.
On the Hompage (eucmh.com) the first row of 3 add blocks (the left one) is running without problem but I am bugged down as my project is/would be to make 5 Amazons add/banners (Iframe) running in this add spot.
    Can someone help me ?
    Thank you

All the topics are asked by users like yourself. I’m pretty sure the majority is no specialist.

But you can read all manuals and guides here – https://ajdg.solutions/support/adrotate-manuals/

I did already read the manual 5 or 6 times …
I just don’t get it running

Does the ad work in the preview when you edit it?
Does the advert have a yellow or red background in manage adverts?

Did you place the advert with a block? Widget? Or shortcode?

No error – both created ad are on white background
The code is placed in a ad block
    Both shows in the preview
    I use a shortcode [adrotate banner=”3″]

Somewhere it say that I need to place at least 1 image in the /banners/. I don’t have any banner because those are served from Amazon.

Right, but if it works in the preview the advert is fine. The adcode at least.
Make sure there is a schedule active and that there is no error on the output.

You mention there is a white square where the advert should be – Usually that means that Amazon has no advert for you. So it’ll just show blank.
This is a problem with Amazon. If it doesn’t fix itself after a day or 2, get new adverts from Amazon – New codes – and replace the old ones with a new code.

what I don’t understand is the ‘asset’ thing

    Thread Starter babaorum

    (@babaorum)

I am using a theme that is a really PRO thing (Newspaper 11 by tagDiv) I can add the code in the theme panel or while using the tagDiv theme editor.
I created the 1st ad (BLOCK-001). The add shows in the preview, I put the code in the ad Block (theme) and the ad show up.
Amazon is code as I got it and I didn’t add anything to it (random or asset or …)
This one is online and runs.
I created a second one (advert 4) but it doesn’t show because no code is inserted. I was, after reading the manual, trying to get the hash from this one and put it in the hash from BLOCK-001 ad. This is where I am bugged because when I put the hash into the other one and save the hash disappear and nothing happen.
    Thats were I am now

on the homepage I have six placed blocks for ad and I want to put 5 random Amazon codes if this doesn’t consume to much resource.

If you’re using ads like those from Amazon or Adsense you don’t need the asset thing.
    https://ajdg.solutions/support/adrotate-manuals/creating-adverts/

I’m not sure why the amazon ad shows white through AdRotate – Usually it means there is something wrong with the code or how it’s pasted in though. Quotes messed up, or an incomplete code or something to that extend.
