I am changing my rating, I had some issues with the plugin, for me, there wasn’t a ton of documentation, but the plugin author is very responsive. Kudos on your customer support.
I still get a few errors when attempting to change things, but after playing around a bit, I figured it out that it didn’t matter so much. There is a learning curve, if you get frustrated, don’t go jumping the gun, instead, be calm, which I wasn’t at first, step away, and try again. It worked.
I’d recommend this not only because after the learning curve, it is rather easy to customize. I love the fact that you can use multiple form elements, not just multiple choice. With playing around with the templates, I still occasionally get and error, but it doesn’t seem to harm anything. The admin page for the templates is pretty easy, all the tags are there, I guess I didn’t look at first, explains the frustration.
The customer service is pretty damn good! I find that most of the time I find plugin authors to either ignore everything, or take days or weeks to respond. Not here, I got a reply pretty quickly.
