Just blank white screen

Hi. A blank, white screen definitely indicates an error is occurring. To troubleshoot, you’ll want to enable WP_DEBUG. https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

Once you enable debug, make sure both plugins are active, and follow the steps needed to produce the white screen. Please copy and paste the error here so that I can take a look. Thanks!

@kennet1975 Hmm. No errors are shown there. Most of those are notices related to a different plugin. I did just release an update to Custom Redirects to clean up the notices being thrown there, but I don’t think that’s the issue, because those aren’t errors. Did you see anything logged that contains information about a fatal error?

No but we have memory limit issues on the website, with fatal errors and white screen of death. We have now increased memory to 2gb. Have you ever experienced database table wp_option growing and growing when using Custom redirect?

No, I haven’t. The plugin only adds a few options, so only a few records will ever be added to that table.
