Just completely wiped out my blog… help!

I did something really stupid. I inadvertently deleted the blog url and wordpress url under the options tab – and then chose ‘update options’. Now, any blog url takes me to the “famous 5 minute installation” screen.

My cpanel still shows WordPress installed, and I see that all the files are still there. Is there a file I can tweak and upload to fix this? Thanks!!!
