Just installed this plugin as its something i would really like to use on a site. Installed it (using latest firefox), pressed record, loads flash player….flash player crashes. Updated to latest version of flash, same problem, adobe player has crashed. Tried it on my android phone, loads up fine, lets me record (3 seconds recording just for testing purposes) then when it is trying to upload video, just stays on 0%. Such a shame as this was something i would have loved working.

update: installed firefox on samsung s3 phone and it now works fine and uploaded video and can see on website. Still not working on desktop running windoze 10. Have also tried in Yosemite and Linux Mint VMs and not working.

Well I’ve got it partly working under Chrome but not happy about using that browser due to privacy. I can record and submit, yet if i record and then click retake, it doesn’t do anything although my camera is now permanently on. Well will try with this solution for now.

    Hey sorry for these troubles.

We’re launching a big update later today Video Recorder 1.7

We’ve done some major repairs on the system so please test it and report feedback here. Much appreciated.

Also you can try to embed our browser-based video recorder web application available free.

    See instructions at vidrack.com/embed

Crashing on WordPress Plugin in Chrome. Will try embed like on my other site https://Holanet.tv I wish you could get a marketing guy to help make this more something people would use-So far it’s a dud. But, it has SO much potential if presented in a cooler way, I think. Maybe offering prizes or some way to make it go viral? I’m sure you guys are thinking the same 24/7 so hopefully you’ll come up with a killer idea for us users. GL!
