• I’ve contacted the company many times with my issues, but they are just not responding or tell me everything is fine.

    I used this product on 113 of my specific pages for the past month or so creating galleries for my photography pages at the venues where I’ve worked. Everything was fine until the site went live and then everything went haywire. I can not upload photos more than 2 at a time. Half my images do not upload without warning and I now have to re-create all 113 photo albums because half of the photos didn’t upload without telling me. Once I found out my images didn’t upload properly, a new bug appeared which doesn’t allow me to upload images more than 1 at a time with a fatal error more than half of the time. It may just be easier to just find a new plugin because it’s cost me over a week of time.

    After contacting the company, nothing was fixed and it takes them 3 or 4 days to respond to my messages and I can not call to explain the issue to them. They turned off all of my plugins with their admin rights to my page and never put them back up. I’m very disappointed with this product!!

    After I wrote my previous review, they had asked for Admin access so they can go into my website and see what happens with the bug I described above. That was a mistake…

    The changes they made crashed my website for 3 days until I had to contact my web host and have them revert my website back to before they touched it in the first place, losing some of the work I had done. When I had contacted them about my website being down, they wouldn’t tell me what the problem was only stating that they would “fix it” if I gave them FTP access, but at this point I didn’t trust them enough to give them more access to my website. What a mess.
