    Well, I don’t know if it creates errors, but when activated this plugin does absolutely nothing and changes absolutely nothing. Don’t have time to work out what the problem is, so deleting it. Can’t see the point of keeping this in the repository if it doesn’t work.

    There was a problem with my plugin. I had actually introduced the plugin myself, I was thinking that multiple ranges were coming through in the same array element, but in actual fact it was the start and end dates that were coming through. I have re-simplified the code, and am releasing an update today.

    If you still have problems after the update, please contact me via my website and then we can email and I can get details to come in and have a look at it for you guys.

    @echoleaf Under no circumstances should you give anyone access to your site. That includes the plugin author. Authors risk getting into real trouble asking for that.

    @webby-scots I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

    There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site is not one of them. That’s going too far.

    You get the idea.

    Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way is a short cut that will get you into real trouble in these forums.

    OK @echoleaf, please ignore my previous message.

    Instead, could you possibly start by sharing with me the url where I can view one of your bookable products.

    Secondly, can you then show me a screenshot showing the “General” tab from the same bookable product’s edit page.

    Thirdly from the same edit page can you show me a screenshot of the “Availability” tab.

    Hope this is ok so I can help you to get my plugin working
