Just installed the plugin and nothing from the facebook comments is showing up.
All I got is the word Comments twice and and error in the DOM:
Invalid App Id: Must be a number or numeric string representing the application id.
I’ve created and deleted several facebook apps and still nothing. The App ID is correctly pasted, same goes for the “App Domains” and “Site URL”.
I’ve checked and unchecked the option in the plugin and still nothing.
Really running out of options here. What to do?

    Thanks in advance!

The code is correct, but can also see SDK is called twice. Remove the one added by the theme

Thanks Alex! The SDK being called twice was the problem. But it wasn’t called by the theme but buy another plugin called Super Socializer. I removed the script tag manually from the super socializer plugin but this is only a temporary fix until the next update.
Is there a smarter solution to this? Since other plugins or themes calls the SDK this could be a nagging problem.

No worries, glad you got it sorted. In short there isn’t an easy answer but 99% of issues with this plugin are because of a conflicting plugin. Nothing much we can do about it.

Isn’t there a way for your plugin to determine if the SDK is already loaded by either the theme or another plugin and warn the user?
Otherwise it can drive you nuts not knowing why it doesn’t work like it did for me! Luckily you came to my rescue!
