Just downloaded: doesn’t work

  • Dears,

    just downloaded and activated (three times: even uninstalled and installed again to be sure).
    And it doesn’t work: when you click on McAfee SECURE on the left, it remains the black menu on the left but the main page stays fully grey with no options, no texts.

    Sorry for the late reply. What is your WordPress website address?

    Also, if it is not too much trouble, can you show us your browser console when you are on the page?

    If you are using Chrome, you can open the browser console by going to:
    View -> Developer -> Developer Tools

    Once the console is opened, go to your WP Admin dashboard and then go to the McAfee SECURE page. Take a screenshot of any output displayed in the console and send the screenshot to [email protected].

    I have same prob, maybe this needs to be fixed.

    I click on the menu on left to open MacaFee SECURE and nothing happens on ADMIN side to configure anything

    From what I see, not much texting happening here. Im using wp 4.6.1

    No need for an image, coz theres nothing to show, simple
