Just home page?

  • I installed and enabled IgniteUp on an ecommerce store while we work out a bug in the cart. But the maintenance page is only showing up for the home page. Users can still go directly to /shop from direct URL. I thought it would show that maintenance page for all pages on the site.

    Thanks for contacting us. The issue is not a common one. I’m having doubts about your theme or a cache plugin. To test the issue, you will have to disable plugins one by one. Try cache plugins first. And after you can change the theme into a default one and check.

    You can test our plugin in a simple WP installation without fancy plugins and with a default WP theme also to see if it has the same issue.
