Just Installed and Admin Panel: White Screen

    Hi there.

    i just installed Ninja Forms Plugin on my website.

    the plugin activated succes…

    but when i wanna create a new form or want to go settings page:
    There is a white screen on that page.

    you can see it on this screenshot.

    i submitted a support ticket via your website.
    but i think that message didn’t reached anywhere.
    becouse i didn’t see any “sent succesfully” mesage in your website :]

    what we can do about this?

    Hey,

    Most often, when the Form Builder doesn’t load, it’s because another plugin is interfering with our code. Can we get you to disable all plugins that aren’t Ninja Forms and switch to a default theme, such as Twentysixteen to see if that resolves the issue? If that’s the case, please re-enable your theme and plugins one at a time, checking for the issue after each one. When it returns, you’ll know that the last thing you activated was the cause of the problem.

    If this doesn’t resolve the problem, could we get you to open up the console in your browser and see if there are any errors present? If so, could you send us a screen capture of that error?

    Hey Manangainubuzz,

    I’m extremely sorry you’re having this issue. I couldn’t replicate this issue locally. Could you temporarily disable all other add-ons except Ninja Forms and any Ninja Forms add-ons that you have and switch to a default WordPress theme like TwentySixteen?

    If your still having this issue after disabling other plugins and switching to a default theme, please submit a ticket our support team(https://ninjaforms.com/contact/). We will need information that we can not collect via a public support form.
