Just installed plugin and options not showing

    I just installed your plugin – version 1.2.131.

    I have a custom product and added a few options (pull down menu, checkboxes and text field) to check it out but nothing shows up but the product description. I’d love to try it out but have hit a road block. I’d appreciate any help!

    PS In the source, I don’t see any of the field ids or any of the text I’ve used in the options.

    Hello!

    When the options are now show generally can be cause by two issues:

    1.- You don’t have a regular price assigned to the product, if you don’t have a regular price assigned (it can be zero if you want but that field needs to be filled) woocommerce wont show the full product data including the options that you configure with this plugin.

    2.- You have a cache/minify/optimie plugin that is rendering an old version of the page. If this is the problem clearing the cache should fix it.
