I have looked through all the CF7 FAQs and documentation on why form submissions are failing to send. I verified with GoDaddy that my test submissions post-update were being routed, but nothing shows up at my email address. I have spent time reading recent posts on this forum, but nothing exactly like mine…although close.

I then called the WP programmer who had the same issue with her email address from my account. I added Contact From DB and can see the submissions are happening, but I get the “Failed to Send” error every time.

I am on WP 3.9.1, hosted on GoDaddy (confirmed PHP working) and the plug-in is updated. It was working before and is not the Yahoo/Gmail issue folks are experiencing as I tried my own work domains. No luck. I have a feeling this is a bug, so figured I’d ask and see if there are others or if it’s just me (and obviously, my own problem). Thanks.

Thanks, buzztone…but, I was all over that today. Read quite a bit, tried quite a bit as well. That actually led me to call GoDaddy about my hosting account and explore my Office 365 Quarantine queue.

Nothing seems to apply and it’s not just me as the programmer (other company, different domain) who created my website tried with the same results. She said it was working when she did the install and I also tested periodically over the years. Seems to have happened with this recent update that I applied today.

Anyone else experiencing this issue? If you’re not sure, try to test your form and see what happens. Thanks again, wish it was in the CF7 Email Issues section.

The plugin is working for me on many different websites and several different servers. Any issue you have is almost certainly due to something on your local WP install.

You are correct as I just solved it, although I don’t know exactly what happened. I tested another website I support before upgrading and then after…it worked fine.

Had the same setup with the exception of the email addresses for my form…but, then I remembered the upgrade had a hiccup originally.

It did not install the 1st time, but did the 2nd and showed no issues. So, I uninstalled the plug-in, re-installed and voila…success!

Therefore, you are 100% correct buzztone…my WP was messed up. I guess the good thing is I truly learned much more about this plug-in from all the research and testing. Thank you for the help, I appreciate it. Good evening.
