Just installed WP 4.2 and nothing working

    Hi can someone help please. Installed the new 4.2 and this error message appeared.

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_avatar_url() (previously declared in /home/myblog151/public_html/wp-includes/link-template.php:3414) in /home/myblog151/public_html/wp-content/themes/gadgetine-theme/functions/filters.php on line 165
