Hi, Last night I installed WP in bluehost, with a custom domain in goddady. Now when I try to access it shows up a Godaddy page, I can’t find the admin login.

It’s a question of time, and I need to wait until it starts running (if so how much time aprox), or is something I need to speak with bluehost or Goddady?

    Thanks in advance. Cheers.

You need to set the nameservers for your domain name (on GoDaddy) to Bluehost.

… and here are a couple of guides on how to do just that ??

Thank you very much, Lyle. Without your guides, I never would have figured this out. Seems very convoluted and unintuitive to me. Now it seems I just need to wait between 5 minutes and 4 hours for the change to take place. Hopefully, it will. And thanks for asking the question, martapuig.

You should take the note step by step when you do the online installation, so that you can check them after you forget some thing.

Goodluck, although if I were you I’d use a host such as arvixe or hostgator. GoDaddy is horrible. Lol

Arvixe is a great host, sadly the GoDaddy support is bad and the uptime not good either.

It may be possible that you didn’t do an proper WP installation. But you can install it again by same URL.
Or it may be also happened that an pop-up box will appears on your login URL to fill out some CAPCHA. So before do login fill that pop-up box according to instructions on pop-up box and than you will be able to login in your account.

Sorry guys, but discussions of hosting are not allowed on these forums – https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Forum_Welcome#Closing_Posts And hijacking someone else’s thread is not cool either.

@martapuig – sorry your thread turned into a free for all. If you still need help, please start a new one so someone can help you get this resolved.
