• This was a great plugin, I installed it several months ago and it was just perfect. 5-stars! Then they kept updating it to the point of us just having to uninstall it. Meanwhile, they kept making more changes and updates and as of this week it was functional again. But with another update today, we had to completely shut it off. It doesn’t work at all. We can’t chat with anyone, which I’m sure is frustrating on our customer’s end too when they are sending us questions. So unless you have unlimited free time to mess with this, don’t been bother!!!!

    1. What is your WordPress Installation Language?
    2. Do you have enabled business hours?
    3. May you provide us a list with the plugins used by your WordPress?
    4. May you upload and share with us some screenshots in which will appear the issues that you are facing after last update and drives you to shut the plugin off?
