I’m sorry for this issue.
Probably you need to configure it fine. Normally, the issue with this plugin are:

1. register sidebar issue. In this case the theme author use the register sidebar without use the id identifier

2. Bad frontend configuration.

I’m testing this plugin with Virtue Theme and it doesn’t filter for me either. I tried the recount/ cache clearing and adding the line of code to the functions.php and nothing…
