Just lost access to my pluggins section – help !

    hello all

    Does anyone or has anyone experienced the inability to open the plugins page with in wp-admin panel .

    I can access all the rest of the admin menus except plugins.

    I have added these new plugins
    wassup
    audit trail, *
    wpdownload manager, *
    wpdb manager *
    simple tags *
    cforms2
    and things stopped working after that, I have moved the * plugins from the plugin folder thinking this would be a temp. fix but still no luck.

    It all started when i started working on cforms and tried saving a page with a form on, it didnt return to the edit page screen. So i tried to deactivate these newly installed plugins and found this problem !!

    Oh now ive found the culprit – I moved all the plugs to a temp dir and the plugin section worked again . Then I re-issued them one by one … and found it to be something to do with the cforms2 plugin. On loading it onto the server it simply broke the link to the plugin section.

    I dont whether its the plugin its self or that is is conflicting with the existing plugs .

    I will investigate further …

    I think it was the upgrade from 2.5.1 to 2.6 that messed things up with cformsII so I installed fresh 2.6 and it works with problem now !!
