Just need help understanding this referrer

I don’t know where to ask this, but I’m seeing a lot of hits come up with the referrer being my forum subdomain (forum.(mysite).net). I don’t use that subdomain and I don’t even have forums, so I can’t figure out what is going on here. I have over 1200 records of this referrer, after installing this plugin a little more than a week ago.
