Just no support (not even for 69$ “Plus” Package)

I’m sure it’s a great software once you’re smart enough to know exactly what you are doing, e.g. when you are a highly experienced wordpress developer. I am working with wordpress as a webdesigner for 20 years and after a whole month of trying (and no support within 30 days) I just uninstalled it – I had the PlusPackage for 69$ and there was no support. I had even asked for a paid Zoom meeting. No answer. Maybe he’s all alone with hundreds of customers every day? I would really seriously contemplate the 399$ version – but can I trust the support? Can I trust it for longer than the money-back 30 days? What if he gets sick or wins the lottery and is gone to the Bahamas? Besides: I did not get my money back because I was a few days over the 30 days. Refund Policy.
Too bad. Very disappointing. I’ve never ever had a similar experience with any wordpress related software.
