Just redirected to YT

  • Hi,

    I see others with great popups using this plugin. But not me, I’m just redirected to YouTube?! This is the shortcode I inserted.

    Is there ANYTHING but this shortcode I have to put on my page, in css or otherwhere, except for installing the plugin itself ??

    Hi, thank you for reaching out to us.

    I just carried out a test using your shortcode above. In my dev site when I clicked on the image it opened up in a popup window. This tells me that you might have a plugin or theme conflict in your site. Can you carry out a test. Disable all other plugins except ours, then carry out a test. If this does not work, can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Sixteen or Nineteen?

    I tried the code on a blank test site (I created one yesterday).
    Now I have the popup myself. So the code was correct.

    Do you have any ideas what plugins usually create these conflicts?
    The website the plugin is meant for has no not-used plugins.
    So if there’s a chance it’s a plugin setting, I could be lucky.
    But I cannot remove any plugins from the list.
    And another theme is not an option.

    Hi,

    Do you have any ideas what plugins usually create these conflicts?

    Unfortunately no because most of the plugins in your list, I don’t use.

    However all you have to do is disable all your other plugins, then start enabling one by one and carrying out a test. Do this every time you enable a plugin. Carry out this test until you come across the culprit plugin.
