Just runing a preloading icon at backend

    It is just running a preloading circle at backend, and we can not do anything on it.

    I activated it in a sub site in our Mu sites, does it support wordpress MU site?

    After testing, it is same at front-end, that means it just a preloading Circle after submit ticket, so would you please let me know whether it support MU sites. or anything I missed in setting up?

    Any support would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
