Just Showing 7 Pictures

I have installed this plugin and set in footer widget. I set number of photos to 11 or 9 but just 7 photos show up.
I can set width of pictures to make more space but even than just 7 pictures show up and get empty space for remaining pictures on right side, as I have float it to left. Please advise.
