Just simply can't get it to work…

The instructions are vague, and seem like they are woefully out of date. Support forum is full of spam and really doesn’t have any additional helpful information.
Basically regardless of how I configure things it doesn’t even show the auth sources I’ve configured, I just get the defaults. I’m suspecting that it has something to do with the fact my site uses SSL from a smaller cert provider and they don’t have the cert loaded, or something equally weird. However there’s no access to the logs on the Janrain back end, so debugging by yourself is damn near impossible.
Frustrating to use, not for beginners for sure, and even for someone like myself with two decades of experience it’s a challenge. ??
