just spins?

    The settings page just spins and never loads. The widget will install fine but I have no access to customize annything. Seems nice though. Could this be due to the fact my site is a wpforo site?

    Thanks for your question. The issue is probably caused by a conflicting plugin which messes with our plugin’s settings page.

    Known culprits include:
    – Open SEO Stats (Formerly: PageRank Status)
    – Chrome Adblock Plus
    – Chrome Vine
    – Optimizer.io
    – RegistrationMagic
    – Woo Order Note template

    Could you please check if you have any of those activated and if so, temporarily de-activate them and check if it’s working then?

    I know I dont have any of those. I really dont have any plugins installed besides the wpforo.
    I actually started to wonder (since I am doing this at work, sham shame) if our firewall might be blocking something the plugin needs too start since we block most social media sites here for our users.

    That shouldn’t stop the plugin from loading.

    If you disable the wpforo plugin, does it load then?

    it must be it, I just stepped out for lunch and it loaded up on my phone fine. Back to my work machine and just spins.
    So its a user end issue. Good to know though for you guys for any future people who might have the issue.
