Just Spins in Chrome and Safari

    There were 2 polls that succeeded but they were both submitted by logged in users. I changed the Vote Permissions options and it didn’t make a difference. No more polls have succeeded since those first two.

    We ran 2 tests on both safari and chrome and we were able to vote without any issues.

    Can you give us more details on this (os, browser version)?

    After I posted this issue, a few hours later it just started working. My last settings apparently did it. This is what the settings are:

    We asked several of the responders what device they were using and it was a mix of desktop and iPad. It’s tough to get that info when you post it to a ton of Facebook people.

    So… it works now and we captured the leads a we had hoped. Thank you for the plugin and response. Looking forward to using it a lot more.
