Just switched to multi-site from single wordpress and new users not showing up

Hi,
I just had my site switched to multi-site from a single WordPress installation. We were using the members plugin to change some permission and role settings in our standard site. It worked great and the research I did said it would continue to work with multi-site.

Now new user registrations are not showing up on the site, only from the main site or super admin area. It looks like they can log in but are unable to get to their profile, or dashboard to post content. Any ideas why this is happening? I need some help.
