Just Switched to SendGrid

    Tried by first newsletter using Sendgrid and getting smtp errors.
    this happened two months ago and hostgator must have been blocking it. at that time i switched to port 25, was using 587. neither work.

    i originally had the web api checked as per instructions from you.

    none of the others work. Please help. I cant send out newsletters.

    Barblie, if you use the web API when sending with SendGrid. This will bypass the port blocking from your host.

    Let us know if you’re still unable to send.
