  • I’m looking into a fix for this.

Hopefully within a day or two.

It turns out mailpoet is using the prototype.js framework and this is interfering with QPP. There is nothing I can do to fix this as the problem is with how they use prototype.js.

Ran in to this issue as well – MailPoet support incorrectly blamed the theme and washed their hands of it, but tracked it down to this.

Fortunately wasn’t a problem as QPP was only left enabled for legacy purposes and can be disabled for this site, but seems to have only been broken with the last QPP update?

The latest QPP update uses ajax to validate and process the form so there isn’t a page reload. Whet I have discovered is a number of plugins use badly configured ajax, jquery and other processes which cause conflicts.

I’m marking this as resolved not because it’s been fixed but just because there is nothing I can do. There have been over 1000 downloads of the latest version and there are only a handful of reported conflicts. Mailpoet is the only one I can’t fix because the problem isn’t with QPP>
