We are already working on this issue and we will update you once we’ll release the patch.

Meanwhile, to get your site access back, you can go to your site admin email and check for recovery mode email to follow further instructions. You have received this recovery mode email if you are using the latest WordPress version.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Hi @govpatel

We released version 2.5.7 of Give itself moments ago which resolves all known issues. Go ahead and update Give core to that first, and then any add-ons.

Before doing that, just to be safe I’d recommend taking a backup of the site that you can confidently restore from. Here’s an article we wrote that explains more clearly how to do that: https://givewp.com/backup-for-faster-troubleshooting/

All known issues are resolved in the latest versions of everything. If you are not seeing an update to 2.5.7 of Give itself as well as 1.9.4 of Recurring Donations and 2.2.1 of Stripe premium (if applicable) then make sure to go to Dashboard > Updates and click “check again,” as well as the license page at Donations > Settings > Licenses and click “refresh licenses”

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the botched update, and are working even now to implement new testing procedures to eliminate these issues in future updates.

Let me know if I can clarify further.
