    Otherwise, can you give any more details on the error?

    We are using a custom built theme. We got a 500 error and could not access the front or backend.

    WP Version 3.5.2 | Memory: 52.50 MB of 256.00 MB ~ 20.51 %
    OS Type: Linux
    Server Software: Apache/2.2.3 (Red Hat)
    PHP Version: 5.2.17
    MySQL Server: 5.0.77
    Memory Limit: 256 MB
