Just was I was looking for

This plugin does exactly what I was looking for.

I have an issue, no matter my settings, the form is alway emailsent.php.

But I did the trick, I deleted emailsent.php and renamed emailandname.php and that does the work.

By the way, it doesn’t find my own template at theme root as ssd-mydownload.php either.

Anyway, I recommend this plugin, nice and simple and I’m sure the author will fix the issue.
