Just What I Needed

YMMV but for me this compressed 2.2 GB of images (mostly too-big PNGs) down to about 500 MB for me, as well as created WEBP versions. The backup worked just as it should, and I retrieved those files for separate storage and removed the backup from my server and saved a ton of space on hosting.

I use cloudflare here, didn’t have any trouble. I also use Jetpack’s image caching (i0.wp.com CDN from WordPress) to serve images, but this plugin was still exactly what I needed. I don’t review often but this one was worth a minute.
