Just What I Wanted & Great Support Service

I’m really happy with Gratisfaction. After trialing a different service which didn’t have a lot of the features I’d wanted I decided to give this one ago. At first the plugin didn’t work on my site but after reaching out to support they got back to me within an hour or two, and sorted the issue out before the day was ended.

Now the plugin is working I’ve been getting the program set up on my website and I love it. It has pretty much every feature I want. The only features I wish they had but don’t is to backdate points automatically (but they are able to sort this manually so that’s all good), and to connect with Mail Poet for my newsletter subscription (I’m hoping they add this feature in the future).

I love the fun and attractive look of the program and all the options to customise it to fit my brand.

I’m very excited to launch this program on my site and so thankful for such a quick and helpful support team.
