    Hi, just looking at both URL the only difference I see is the class you are using in both.

    On the URL that works you use the following class for all your columns.

    et_lb_module et_lb_column et_lb_1_3

    On the URL that is not working you are using this class for your second column.
    et_lb_module et_lb_column et_lb_2_3

    So maybe try to use the same class for all your columns on the URL that does not work.
