JW Player 7 Plugin for WordPress not work

I am trying to get JW Player 7 Plugin for WordPress to work . After installation I created a page and then went to the Add Media button to add my self-hosted video on my server. I chose the file from Media Library

After I selected the video I clicked on Insert With JW Player defaults. Then it displays the shortcode but nothing happens.
