JW Player embedded video on Firefox

Greetings. I am using WordPress 3.4.2 and the JW Player plugin. I primarily use Chrome and the stuff I set up three months ago seemed fine until I tried it on my wife’s computer (she primarily uses Firefox). I then tried it on my own computer using FF and get the same results she gets. The problem is that the JW Player control bar is not showing up. I am doing audio only MP3 files. The audio plays fine, but there is no way to control it in Firefox, whereas it’s perfect in Chrome and IE. Here is my shortcode:

I searched through several forums before posting this, and tried various things that were recommended (e.g., ensure the content is not gzip encoded, the correct MIME type is used, etc).
