JW player: video not showing or only showing shortcode

Hello,

When I add a video through the ‘Add media’ button of the page with JW player it generates a shortcode, but on the page itself it either only displays the shortcode or displays nothing at all instead of the embedded video. If a the shortcode appears, it does link to the correct video and when clicked, it opens in full screen.

I tried changing the shortcode settings but then the shortcode doesn’t appear at all anymore.

I would like for it to show an embedded HTML video.

Could someone please take a look at it?
