JW Player won't play on IOS

Make sure that the MIME TYPE for this video – https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/trainingsolutions/Go90Grow+Live/go90growregpage2.mp4, is video/mp4 (this has to be set in the amazon dashboard)

I tried changing the MIME TYPE in Amazon S3 and there was no change.

It is the video. I tried it in my already working site and it doesn’t play on ipad and iphone there. I am currently rendering it again in After Effects… double checking my file render settings… and keeping my fingers crossed.

I tested the other video that is working in the other site on this site and everything works fine on the IOS systems. Thank you for answering so quickly and for the push in the right direction.

Np. If the re-encode with After Effects does not work, try to use this program to encode (open source) – https://handbrake.fr/, just use the default settings, and enabled “web optimized”.
