• Was working perfectly til the latest update. Now I have giant black areas above and below the player.

I have disabled all plugins except the JWPlayer and it still occurs.

I tried the player in the 2014 and 2015 themes and the player works perfectly so it’s more than likely a theme/plugin conflict.

Custom CSS has no effect on the player wrapper and placing it in a div with a locked height has no effect.

The player container size never changes regardless of which player set up I choose – fixed, responsive or actual size. The streams play at the designated size, but the player is still huge.

I have it set to HTML5 as the default player but it always jumps to the flash version. Could that be a jquery issue? (TOTAL guess)

I just don’t know what to do at this point. Any help would be appreciated.

Figured it out myself so I wanted to come back and update the post.

Turns out it was a conflict within the theme (DIVI) and the full width Google Map built into the theme. Removed it and everything is working perfectly.

    Glad you got it!
