jwt_auth_no_auth_header

Apologies if this is in the wrong topic. We have an app called ‘Audioshelf’ for both android and ios. We did a wordpress update on our website on friday morning south african time, but now our users content doesn’t load when they login to the app. My developer doesn’t think it is the wordpress update as when he checks postbox the data is coming through. However it seems that the authorization header tokens are being blocked, possibly through our hosting company’s firewall. I have them looking into this too, but seem to be struggling. Just wanted to check if you have any further insight into why this is happening? You can see a screenshot below from postbox:
