• I’ve trying to use and customize the k2 theme. Everything seemed ok, but the accented words become ?1, like this comment.
    Does anybody know the reason? I haven’t change any browser setting and i’ve edited the css as usual with top style 3.10.
    Please help me, this theme is amazing, but with this problem….

    I came back to minima plus theme, but thanks anyway.

    Very helpfull here cough. I have seen several people show up at binary bonsai forums asking for support or help saying wp forums are no help and this seems to prove it.

    I would be the last person to know anything about accented letters and chardefs, but have you tried changing

    <meta http-equiv=”Content-Type” content=”text/html; charset=iso-8859-1″ />

    I don’t know what iso-8859-1 corresponds to, but it might be worth a bit of reading, It can be changed in the template, I suppose.

    Don’t change the charset… geez, it would screw up your whole blog (why are people posting if they admittedly don’t know about the issue?)

    I just left a test comment on your site with different accented characters and it works perfectly. My guess is, there was something wrong with that commenter’s browser settings.

    No, you see the accented characters because I’ve changed my theme, now i’m using again “Minima plus” instead of k2.
    As lesBessant suggested to me i’ve read many binary bonsai forums and i found that this is a known (unsolved i guess) ajax comments bug.
    (sorry for my english)
