    Hi there,

I’m just wondering where I have to look in the K2 directory to style the way my posts are displayed? By the term style, I don’t mean specifically the look of the text used, but rather to fully customise my posts with images. I’ve attached two images; one of how my posts currently look, and the other a photoshop sample of how I would like to get them to look.

I am familiar with slicing, css, xhtml/html and php, so I’m not really asking for anyone to guide me to learn those. I’m just stuck as to where to find the snippet of code I need to work on within the K2 wp-content/themes/themename/ directory. Any help is much appreciated.

  • Try /wp-content/themes/k2/theloop.php

I had a look at it, and it just went straight over my head. No idea what’s going on where, and there seems to be a lot of mention of Noteworthy.

It’s my first time using WordPress and I’m actually pretty happy with the way things have been with regards to styling. It’s just the posts I’m having trouble with at the moment.

The Loop is pretty difficult to explain to someone who isn’t familiar with the way WordPress works. I think the best thing for you to do is to try and read up on The Loop and it’s various functions in the WordPress Codex. Here’s the link:

Many thanks for the help, digitalpen. It’s greatly appreciated. I’ve managed to customise it based on what you provided me with. Now to get it compliant with the way IE works lol!
