Kadence Blocks: row layout block divider changes don’t work in tablet/mobile

I have a divider that I set up the way I want for desktop, but it needs adjustment for tablet and mobile. First I navigate to the tablet or mobile view icon in the block settings of the row layout. That icon alters the preview to the correct screen size. If I use the icon down by the divider size controls instead, the preview size does not change at all. Likewise when I am previewing the tablet / mobile size, the size control sliders don’t seem to change anything in the preview. If I make a large change and save it just to see if it is actually making a difference once published, it does seem to be affecting the outcome of the published page. It’s just really hard to assess changes without any assistance from the preview!
