I have been debugging and when all is disabled and I activate Elementor Pro (and Free, otherwise Pro won’t work), I get this error in the Email Customizer.

Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

    Hi @puregraphx

I tried to replicate the issue on my website with Kadence, Twenty-Twenty four and Storefront themes. The Email Customizer is working as expected. Check the screencast for reference: https://share.zight.com/GGuep8Qx

You most probably have a script/plugin conflict. The error indicates that “jQuery is not defined” is a common effect of a conflict.

If you temporarily switch to another theme like WordPress Twenty Twenty-four, will the same issue happen?

Are you using any cache plugins? If so, can you try to clear all your caches or deactivate them for a while?

Let me know how it goes.

    Best Regards,
    Archita

    Hi Archita,

Seems llike the issue came from an Elementor pop-up that was set to load on the entire site. It also displayed on the Customizer pages. It has a little Javascript. I’ve set to display the popups only on Woo pages. This fixed the issue.
